I spent years in education, academia and edTech understanding how people think, decide, and interact with technology (yes, I have a PhD in the intersection between cognition and learning with user experience).
What makes me tick?
I'm endlessly curious about why people do what they do. I love untangling messy problems. And there's nothing quite like that moment when a strategic insight clicks into place and suddenly the path forward becomes crystal clear.

Whether I'm redesigning a complex workflow, facilitating a discovery workshop, or building out a design system, I'm always asking: What's the actual problem we're solving? Who are we solving it for?
